I got in 0.0 of my stretch schools so it's down to Georgia and Miami. I want to major in Real Estate which is at both schools. Help? Cost isn't a factor so it's basically down to what's a better fit for what I want to do. I love both schools and have visited both.

UGA and Miami are common schools people attend from my HS. I think academically, UGA has a slightly better rep. Socially, many people seem to chose UMiami. Both have different locations and people who chose to go to either love the campus’ for different reasons. Athens is a great college town, and a lot of students thrive down there, while UMiami is in a convenient location, and I hear they all have fun down there. I do know, however, there seems to be a lot of competition with choosing a major once you are in UGA, but I’m not sure how that fairs at Miami.

bumppppppppppppppp

UMiami has a business school ranked in the top 50. There’s no problem getting into your major at UMiami. You’ll get a lot more personal attention there since it is a smaller private school.

For real estate? UGA by FAR. One of the top real estate programs in the country.

the city Miami has a plummeting market. Just putting that out there.

I’d still go there over UGA. (it was my #1, stingy MFs keeping the aid from me  )
