<p>My son ultimately had to choose between UMass and UVM - and enrolled at UMass last week. OOS cost made it hard to justify choosing UVM. You want to offer your kids exactly what they want, but then reality gives you a dope slap!</p>
<p>Called U Ma Amherst today. They said they don’t think they are taking very many, if anyone, from wait list and are sending letters out soon.</p>

<p>Just called admissions office again - same answer as a few weeks ago. Sending decision letters out soon, but do not think they are taking anyone off waitlist, so make sure you have other college to attend.</p>

Hi @mrcatwang you posted in ‘class of 2015’ but you are ‘class of 2019’. Someone posted another thread for your class. But they unfortunately titled it ‘2015 acceptances’ which would be class of 2019. Confusing, but the main point is that you are in the wrong thread. This thread was started in 2010.
@mrcatwang - Congratulations! UMass has new Biology buildings and a new honors dorm. (So you can stay with people who have similar academics) This being said, I think this good news should be posted in the new thread. This thread is “graduating class of 2015 thread” so in English this confusingly means that it is a thread for people who where accepted in 2010 and “graduating in 2015”.
