I am currently a freshman student at Penn State University Main campus and back in October I applied for admission to the spring semester. I constantly called starting in DEC. desperate for a decision before I had to go back to PSU after the break and got no luck. I finally got accepted last week after several weeks of being back at PSU! I called md asking for a deferral and they told me to write a letter of request. In my letter I stated many reasons such as how I have to pay 40% of PSUs tuition if I withdraw this late and pay the room and board on top of MDs tuition! I also stated that I have been settling down on my work here and have began a crucial group project. I also would not be able to settle at MD since classes have already started. I sent one letter in Tues. and then sent another in yesterday that is far superior and revised. I stated that it provided more details and I was hoping to help admissions in their decision making process. With my situation what do you think will happen would you let me defer to the fall if you replied so late? As of now all I can do is wait for a response.

I'd let you defer to the fall but I'm not making the decision.
