<p>Hi everyone,
I got accepted at umich for econ and the kelley school of business in Indiana. They're both great schools, and I love both campuses. Michigan has been my dream since I was 8, but I am from California and oos tuition is expensivee. I didn't get any aid from michigan, but I got a Dean's scholarship (11,000) from IU.
So, I was wondering is "a michigan education" really worth the extra money? Any advice is appreciated!</p>
<p>The question you need to ask yourself is simple; is the money you save by attending IU significant to your family? If the answer yes, then I do not think it is worth paying more for Michigan, or any other university for that matter. If, on the other hand, the cost differential is easily covered, then I think Michigan is worth attending.</p>
