I want to enter in Pre-Med program if I can since I want to be a doctor or a PA in the future.

You will for sure get into “etc.”!
strengths: Good rigor. GPA is OK, assuming it doesn’t drop by year end. ECs look decent.
Weakness is SAT. Be better to have it higher for a better chance, if possible.
You are CA, so if you keep your grades up you’d have a decent chance at a good UC (UCB might be a stretch unless the SAT comes up or you pull up one of those Bs just because it is so competitive.)
You can go check out the SAT on each schools common data set (and elsewhere.)
NYU is probably on the low end of your list for test scores (bottom 25% was 1860) You should have a very good/decent shot there.
NYU 25% 1860
UCB bottom 25% is 1870
USC bottom 25% is 1920
UMich 25% is 1930
ND 25% is 2000
Duke 25% is 2060

As you can see, your current SAT quickly drops you close to or below the 25% level at mos of those schools. Which does not mean it is impossible, but it really weakens your case. I’d say if you keep your grads up, and maybe pull one of those Bs up? and bump up your SAT (or try the ACT, you might do better on that type test?) you could have a shot at NYU, UCB, USC and Mich. ND and Duke get more difficult.

but you also need a couple of stone cold safeties.
