I received it in the late afternoon–at 5:15 eastern time! I also applied to the Carlson school of management if that means anything to you!

Congrats on your acceptance, you said ID on the 30th, what is ID?
Congrats! My son applied common app also on 10/25, admit to CSE on Nov 7th via email/portal.
It was a student/applicant ID that can be used on the application tracker!

Our merit letter came today. Dated 10/31. DS is at boarding school, so who knows how long it sat in his mailbox…

Yes. Yesterday, in-state D23 (who is a NMSF) got a letter saying she would get $10,000 per year if she declares UMN as her #1 school to the National Merit Foundation by May 1.

Do OOS students typically get merit? Have not received anything in the mail yet.
Yes, they can, you can run the NPC on their website for an estimate. My D21 got merit. We are also still waiting for my D23 who was accepted in mid-Sept.
We are out of state and received our letter this week.

OOS. Admitted on Oct 24. Received scholarship information yesterday (Nov 12). No word on honors yet (CBS).

I’m out of state, and received an acceptance letter to the College of Biological Sciences on 11/7 and to the Honors Program on 11/14. Do merit scholarship notifications usually come in before UHP updates? I’m worried I didn’t qualify for merit 
DS came a couple of weeks after his Honors acceptance.

Congratulations! DC hasn’t gotten CBS honors invite yet but did get merit letter so I think you can be optimistic about your odds.

No admittances today? This thread is awfully quiet.
OOS acceptance to CSE on 10/17. Notified this weekend of $25k ($15k Natl Scholarship and $10k Gold Scholar) in merit! Very surprised.
