<p>you could go to their facebook page and spam all the admins until someone gets back to you … or you could go to their website and do the same thing.</p>
<p>Ah, I remember that… I just called their number and I believe they had a voice mail system asking to leave your info if you wanted out. Fairly straightforward process. I’m sure they expect it, as they don’t bother to tell anyone it’s a quarterly thing.</p>
<p>Yes, call them directly. Then complain that you were radically misinformed. Making a fuss usually helps, ask to speak to supervisors, etc…</p>
