@ScQuan I want to see my financial aid offer first before paying the deposit. Unless accepting the admission offer is different than paying the deposit?
@ScQuan I have to do the same exact thing, idk why they didn’t bring that requirement to our attention earlier, now I have to rely on the timeliness of the IRS to get my aid estimation.
@ScQuan I just accepted the offer of admission. Does it take a day to update everything after that? Because I still cannot access the enrollment shopping carts and financial aid package
I’m really worried about financial aid, because I tried doing the online IRS system to get the form I needed but it continually gave me error messages. So now I am sending in the paper copy, and then have to send THAT to the school.
And I also still have the “Aid App but not admitted” and I have accepted my offer and registered for classes. So idk.

also the enrollment deadline is pretty goddamn harsh, most of my other schools release their decisions around may 15th

July 1st is the deadline for finishing FA package. After that date, first come first serve. NC Chapel Hill has 14% of students are Carolina Covenant, so I hope they have a lot of money. Haha
@johnpfc3 I’m not sure? I accepted my offer of admission (deferred payment for after finaid) and everything else works like I am a student in the system. I registered for classes (that I could) this morning. But I still have that under my Financial Aid To-Do. Even though I received a CCI grant, so I think my financial aid should have already been processed?
@ScQuan Where did you find that? That is SUCH a relief to hear. As long as my package is reserved until then, I should be okay.
They are quick to update Financial Aid info on Connect Carolina. I got a message on Connect Carolina on Tuesday during class that they did not have my CSS application for financial aid. I now idea what CSS was. I thought all that was required for financial aid was the FASA form. I quickly sent the CSS in later on Tuesday and received my financial aid package today. The CSS online form requires you enter in tax information. So I see how if you did not have this info on hand how this would delay the process. I did select enroll and deffer payment.
@uncletmein2017: how is your FA package? I have not finish my incomplete documents until May? They may reduce my package.

yes I had to send my citizenship for evaluation and it says its going to take 1-2 weeks processing
