UNC chapel hill

What would be minimum gpa for a freshman coming out of GW business trying to transfer to Chapel Hill next fall? African American, 27 act, highly active high school (school scholar-athlete) etc...?

like 3.4..

is it a lot easier to transfer than in high school out of state

anyone else have any knowledge about this? I am in the GW business school...african american...multi cultural society, highly active high school...top 7% scholar-athlete....mvp captain 2 varsity sports...27 act...i am a freshman want to transfer to chapel hill next year...didnt get in from high school as out of state.

I think you need 30 credits just to apply and their deadline comes before the spring semester is over, so you'd have to wait until your jr year because I also think they don't offer spring admission

i am a freshman now....you can apply as a freshman it as long as you have 24 credits by the end of your freshman year

you need a 3.3+ to get into cas. You cant directly apply to Kenan Flager. You have to be at the college for at least a semester before applying to the b-school.

thank you so much, any one with anymore info will help

does chapel hill have a considerably high transfer acceptance rate?

yes it does.

anyone have any idea for i would need to get into duke? i know its real tough?

does it hurt that i applied to chapel hill from high school and didn't get in? or could it help showing determination to be there?? any help
?????

last yeah duke accepted like 50 transfers and the acceptance rate was really low

does it hurt if i had applied from high school and wasnt admitted? (even though i was out of state)...or could it be a good thing and show consistency for wanting to go to chapel hill?

I definietly know that it isnt a bad thing

anyone else have any useful information? anything i should do to increase my chances?

What do you expect to get as your GPA?

no idea yet...all my classes are around b+ a-...all matters on finals
