Because Friday is a holiday, and they tend to release decisions a week before the 15th.
I feel like it would more likely be today or tomorrow
Well it is 3 and they are not out 
its usually around 4 but yeah unsure if it will come out today

Highschool gpa:
Weighted: 4.4
Unweighted: 3.73
College
First semester: 3.92 on unc scale
Going for sophomore transfer.
what do you mean on the UNC scale?
I go to nc state and they do a+ as a 4.3, so my transcript says 3.97. But UNC doesn’t do a+s so I assumed they would calculate it their own way for admissions. Btw, gl to everyone!
