Under-Graduate College recomendations for a foreign student.

I am a foreign student that will finish my high-school at well-known private Canadian high-school. I have changed schools and countries and this has affected my high-school average so that it is now around 83%. I am involved in many extra-curricular activities so that part of the application does not worry me too much, but my average does a little bit. I am taking the SAT and my estimated score is of 1800. I want to go into Pre-Med.
Can you recommend me colleges that I should apply too which are good but are within my range of being accepted with an 83% average and a 1800 SAT score?? I dont know anything about US schools so I am confused where to apply.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Size?
Location?
Vibe on campus?

I think I would like a small school but that is not completley obligatory, I think I can adapt.
Regarding location hope is out of US anyway so I dont really care but I would like something in Texas or in the North East
My primary concern is just knowing which schools would be good to use as safety, which as matches, and which as reaches with my grades.
Since I am not familiar with a lot of schools is hard for me to know which ones are realistically within my reach.
Thanks alot for ur help..

In Texas....
Reach: Rice (amazing)
(High) Match: UT Austin (also amazing)
Safety: TCU, SMU, UT Dallas, many of the other UT campuses...

In the northeast....look at Goucher, Wagner, and Marist as safeties, and maybe Holy Cross as a reach.

Ill definetley research those universities! thankyu alot
ive heard good stuff about Trinity at San Antonio, do you know something about it?? would u say it is a safety a match or a reach for me??
thanks again
