Undergrad Engineering

Michigan has an outstanding engineering program but are the professors/ administrators/ etc. geared toward graduate or undergraduate students?

I talked to several students who felt that their prof were more focused on the grad students. Is this true at all major research universities?

Michigan professors are definitely more geared toward graduate students and research. It is true at most major research programs, but some programs, lile Princeton and Rice, are a probably more geared toward undergrads. However, the heavy hitters like Cal, MIT, Stanford, UIUC, Cornell, Michigan, CMU are definitely geared toward graduate students and research.

u are not buying an education, u are buying a degree.

"u are not buying an education, u are buying a degree."

as sad as that is, in most cases it's true.
