My D saw scholarship information first on the portal in the letter.
Did any of you that got accepted on the portal receive a big yellow envelope in the mail? My S got his portal acceptance almost 3 weeks ago, but hasn’t gotten his big envelope in the mail…just a small envelope with his Merit Scholarship info…

My daughter was accepted Dec. 5th and received big envelope a few days later.
My daughter was accepted on 11/28 and received the big envelope about 2-3 days later. Still waiting on merit scholarship info. I hope she gets one … it’s been two weeks!
Merit scholarship was included in admissions letter for my D.
My D got accepted into Chem Engg and Honors program. No merit aid info in the letter. We are from DE.
Any one else in Engg programs with merit aid info please share.
Does anyone know what time My Blue Hen updates so I know when to check?

Okay, yesterday the major disappeared and now it’s back. The rolling admissions wait is torture!
My D applied in October and has not heard or seen anything as yet. Her GPA is a 3.6 and SAT was 1350
has anyone else been put on wait list? also are people on wait list likely to get in? (I know that I have to keep my grades up- I could never let my grades slip, I would have a nervous breakdown lol)

Accepted into Entrepreneurship program (I started a company in high school).
D applied in early Oct and application was complete 10/23. Major disappeared from portal 2 days ago and at 2:30AM on 12/21 portal said there was an update protested on 12/20. Portal was last checked at 10:30PM on 12/20 and there was no update. 3rd child accepted to UD (the other 2 attended/attend) and loved/love it. OOS and accepted to Biological Sciences Program. Happy that it took only 8 weeks for decision!
D applied in mid October and received email that application was ready for review on Oct. 28. Portal updated last night and she was accepted into the Elementary Teacher Education program. OOS, GPA 3.1, SAT 1260 (old version), attended UD Edge program and got 3.85 and rec from professor.
Accepted into BME and Honors. Major disappeared a few days beforehand.
Letter has no mention of merit scholarships - should I be worried?

My daughter was accepted into Biomedical Engineering and Honors!!! Application was completed 11/28.
@SonOfAbraham We didn’t see anything about merit scholarships either, unfortunately. It does say that they are reviewing the financial aid and will post any awards by mid-February and will list any awards at that time, but I assume they are talking about need based aid. We also applied for tuition exchange, so I am keeping my fingers crossed for that. However, if she didn’t qualify for a merit scholarship, I can’t imagine she’d qualify for that…
There is no award in the letter or the financial aid section. Hopefully we will hear later. My scores are high enough for UD scholarships.
Accepted!!! No mention of merit here either.
