@cqmomee Awesome! yes this major should be growing big time. how old is your son?..Im about to turn 25, a little late to the university game haha.
I look forward to hopefully getting accepted and making friends with other people who are into nutrition and the plants they eat + HELPING TO SAVE THE WORLD!
@angioDAN my son will be 21 this year. He and his girlfriend are also into organics/growing own food, hate Monsanto and believe in saving the world! If you all get in, I am sure you will make good friends.
@FutureVet2017
I looked at the Fall 2014 Transfer thread and the earliest any CALS students found out was June 8th so I’m not expecting anything until June.
Hey y’all I just heard from someone with the dean that they just started the transfer applications! As long as you have all requirements and transcriots sent in, you will hear from them between now and July15th! Goodluck!!! I hooe we all get accepted
@DRD941
Unfortunately, it is July 15th. I thought the same thing, but I’ve called CALS multiple times in the last month to see if the date has been moved up but it hasn’t.
I was accepted this morning! There was a condition that I finish the last pre-req before admission, but I did finish and already sent them my final transcript. I’m waiting to hear back from CALS. Can’t wait to study Marine Science as a Gator!!
@bekah330 Did you get into your progran within Cals? Or you were just admitted into the school? Can you specify on what you’re waiting to hear back from CALS about?? Because I know I was accepted to UF but now I am just waiting to get accepted into CALS sorry for my comfusion. Just Curious!
Congratulations Let me know how preview goes. An awesome thing you could do for all of us is when you find out the dates of the preview, can you list them here on the forum? As well as things we should expect once accepted! Thanks in advance, and again, Congrats.
Any one else? Im still waiting…I do have 3 transfer classes to go and 2 haven’t even started yet…SOOOO I am assuming they will get to later rather than sooner.
Call them up and ask get the number for the right person to speak with they might not of seen that your final transcripts are in that’s what happened to me
