Money aside, which school is academically better and offers a better future after college (connections and such)

I recommend University of Texan Austin.

There really isn’t any accurate way to judge one school as “better” than another. Rankings come from analysts with opinions. Those same people predicted the presidential race too, and it didn’t go so well :slight_smile: Both are well known schools with strong majors…and they’re both really hard to get into. Which means, that it does comes down to cost. If you live in FL, then UF is the better school. If you live in Texas, then UT is the better school. Going out of state puts you in too much debt to get any benefit out of it.
