<p>From what I understand my chances of acceptance are high with the University of Iowa, and knowing that nearly 50% of their students are out of state, if accepted offered financial aid may also be well. So how is the University of Iowa in international relations, economics, and political science? Also how is the university with out of state aid?</p>
