Hello, before I go on a tangent, I would like to thank you for reading and responding if you wish to do so. I am currently a Junior in High School at the top public school in Oregon. My GPA is a 3.63 and my ACT score is a 24. I was wondering if I could get into University of Miami. My Freshman year I did poorly and received a 3.2 GPA both semesters. After that, my Sophomore and Junior year I received GPA's of around a 3.8, therefore I have improved a lot. I take a fairly rigorous schedule. My extra curricular's include: 3 year varsity soccer, 2 year varsity track, National Honor Society, Spanish National Honor Society, Presidential Volunteer Award, have been volunteering for down syndrome network oregon for 4 years and am now the manager of the youth program, employed as a soccer referee, etc. I believe my I am a fairly good candidate but i am worried that I will not be accepted into University of Miami. I have visited their campus and have a decent relationship with one of their admission directors. What are your thoughts? I believe that my GPA and my extra curricular activities can get me in but I am not sure about my ACT score. Thanks so much for your time and response!

-my main question is that is it even worth it to apply. I know it's a reach but do have a decent chance? Thanks.
