No way. Even though that is not necessarily a good thing, you have other really strong aspects of your resume as you say, so I really doubt a 28 would knock you out of the running.
Where on the UM Friend portal does it show if you are Early Action qualified?
I got an email saying I’m EA qualified, but I can’t seem to find it on my portal.
@mgoblue17 Thanks for posting!! I’ve been looking for this thread Good luck to all!!
@RDJfan28 If you go to application status and then go to application data you can find it
@Adhoc17 most colleges dont care about AP scores, they just care that you took the class and got a good grade
@coolandnerdyyy I gotta kill myself i I got rejected again
@coolandnerdyyy U of M won’t reject anyone in EA, only defer
@098123Student Seriously? I thought for sure some people got rejected
How many EA apps were there? I heard 55,000 which seems crazy
U-M’s website says you can receive an acceptance, deferral or denial in the Early Action stage.
rejected from cornell ed lmao now joining this thread
@Hiddle there’s gonna be a big emigration from Michigan to Cornell next year
I have a low GPA for Michigan around a 3.4, but I have an ACT within their averages and an improvement trend in grades. My essays are pretty solid. Does this give me a slight chance?
^^^
So on my applicant portal it says I am LSA undeclared…does everyone’s say that? Because I remember putting down my areas of interest on the common app and I don’t think I would have put my major as undecided because I’m not
Everyone in LSA start off undeclared you’re good.
35 ACT 4.4 GPA Will I get in???
@Hiddle Nice to see you, old friend. I got deferred (:
@JeBronLames after i was rejected by cornell and looked at the stats of the people who get in, i think essays are really important. way more important than the stats somehow. i have a higher gpa than those who get in. however i dont have a strong essay. that’s probably the reason i got rejected.
no chance
