@smartypants57 Slight preference? That’s an understatement. Yes, maybe between OOS and in state, but in state vs international is just ridiculous. Instate is about 18% acceptance rate, and Intl. is about 8%. :’)
I just called admissions asking if the first round of EA results were coming out today and they said “maybe, they’ll all come out by December 24th.” When I asked if there was a specific date, the lady was just like “no.”
In state acceptance rate is about 50%
and out of state acceptance rate is less than 20%. and attendance is about 50-50 in state and oos.

I was checking the class of 2019’s discussion thread, and the first decision was out at 6 minutes from now last year
@sidthekid7 Pretty good, I’d say. I’ve worked on my essay with my counselor multiple times, and my teachers love me.
Obviously last year it was during the 19th and this year it’s the 18th

Does the email say if the applicant is accepted or denied…or does it just say to check their status online?
