University of Michigan Early Action Class of 2019 Discussion

Can someone chance me? I’m freaking out about EA decisions a little…

Applying to coE
Composite act 33 (math sub score 35)
Sat II: math 2: 800, chemistry: 800
UW gpa: 3.96 at one of the best public high schools in the state
5’s on APUSH, macroeconomics, microeconomics, and chemistry
Current course load: AP calc BC, AP physics C, AP biology
Captain of track and field, Vice President of choir, lots of work experience, participant in cross country and scholastic bowl
Great essays
Good recommendations I think
Lots of legacy
6 different awards, many in science, some scholarships, one math award, etc

Is this worthy of EA into engineering??

If you are in state, you are fine for engineering, although you have a pretty decent shot if you were OOS also.

I’m OOS

Alright, then you have a decent shot for engineering. I think the average ACT score is 33, but your Math subscore is outstanding, so that should help you out also.

Oh, I just saw that you were legacy, I wouldn’t worry about admission to U of M anymore  Good luck!

Question: I applied to the U of M for dual degree sports management and business. Until today, wolverine access has only shown “Undergraduate Kinesiology Fall 2015”, but it now shows two applications for “Undergraduate Kinesiology Fall 2015” and “Undergraduate Business Administration Fall 2016”. What does this mean? Does this just mean they have processed my application and now know that I applied for a dual degree?

Did anyone get decision? When we will receive it?

So we get the decision earlier than dec 20?

Same here. A little bewildered because that 2016 did not appear until this week!

I know it’s annoying to ask for chances sometimes, but please??
