University of Michigan Transfer- Winter 2020

@goblue123 Maybe LSA care less about hardcore stuff like grades lol

Does anyone have Megan Taylor? Also, does anyone understand how the wave of admissions ?

Has anybody heard back from Rachel Taylor?

I have the same counselor. Havenā€™t heard back yet

for those who didnā€™t get in, were your credits transferrable?

@PerryHorn i dont know! people with higher gpas got rejected from lsa!

I also have Megan Taylor and have not heard back yet. I applied for CoE Comp Sci.

I applied with the max of 62 transferable credits (I have an associates degree) and a gpa of 3.5. I was rejected

@Madi72 did you have a lot of extra cirriculars?

@hottermelon What were your stats if you dont mind me asking? And congrats on getting admitted!

No news yet. Applied to lsa from big ten school

@goblue1213 yeah so I actually graduated high school last semester. I went to a middle college so I had accumulated over 80 college credits, an associates in natural science and math, a certificate in liberal arts, and Iā€™m getting another degree at the end of this semester. since I just graduated high school, most of my extracurriculars were from then. Varsity sports, backpacking around Europe, different jobs including working as an executive pasty chef.

anyone hear from katrina moseley?

@UMUMUM Yes, I had Katrina Moseley.

I wonder if the rest of us will hear back soon!

Got this back from Megan Taylor:

ā€œThank you for your email.

Our transfer students can expect to hear an admissions decision approximately six to eight weeks after the Oct. 1st deadline, so we expect students should hear within the middle of November in the next few weeks.

Best,

Meganā€œ

I got rejected from LSA with a 3.6. Currently in a mental breakdown any advice:( Congratulations to everyone that got accepted, youā€™re going to have such great time!!

Wwwww I hope you feel better! The college process is unpredictable, try not to take it too personally ( I havenā€™t hear back yet sad

so sad reading the comments of those who were not admitted :frowning: I havenā€™t heard anything but now Iā€™m scared!! Wish you all the best and donā€™t forget that you shouldnā€™t value your worth based on where you go to school!! Good luck to you guys in the future

for everyone still waiting, if you donā€™t mind me asking, what are your stats?
