Son received the email/video congratulating him on admission, but no “buttons” and the Pitt portal still says “This application is complete.” It has been five days since the email. Anyone else have this happen?
The buttons are only on the psmobile.pitt.edu/app/dashboard site and not the portal that says application complete.
@vannevka, thank you! We found them now!
I tried to search for this but didn’t really find it. Does anyone know if Pitt superscores for ACT?
From Pitt’s website:
“We will take your highest ACT composite score and your highest SAT superscore…”
So, look like they will superscore SAT but not ACT.
Do merit letters come with the acceptance letter in the mail, or are they separate?
@malibu1992 I believe they are separate
D’oh. I was searching here and googling and it was right on the site. Thanks!
@AOKMIC When did he apply? We’re still waiting - 10/28 application complete.
I am still waiting too same date! My portal says “You are not able to accept admission through people soft mobile” Does anyone know what that means its a new message you used to say something along the lines of no application to view or accept.
@hailtopitt1787 do you know anything about this?
He applied around that same time–everything but his transcript was in the week before, but I believe his transcript arrived around Oct. 30.
Has pitt begun to release scholarship info? If so, how did you all find out?
TIA!
Hi, I applied in October and the Pitt website says application complete starting the 24th of October, I still haven’t heard anything, should I wait for an admission response or call the admissions department, its been 5 weeks
Hi mine was complete on October 28th and I emailed them today and they said they are reviewing my application and will hear a decision soon.
Since it has been a while since someone asked, has anyone who applied without test scores received any merit aid? As of about a month ago, I think everyone who reported they received aid had a test score. Thanks!
Merit scholarship information came in snail mail. My D got her scholarship letter 2 weeks after her acceptance. Good luck!
My son was awarded the Cathedral of Learning Achievement Scholarship of $15,000/year for 4 years. He was accepted on 11/2, and received the scholarship on 11/18. The letter was sent thru regular snail mail.
My son did not send test scores and he received merit scholarship.
Okay… we now have Accept/Decline buttons online!!! What does this mean? No email or letter… is it safe to say she’s accepted?
@Precious29 - would you mind sharing your son’s stat? In-state?
