You are not alone. The craziest thing to me is still that they had the LLC housing deposit due before telling OOS applicants what it would cost.

The WUE web site says $12380. This is considered a scholarship. We have not heard anything from UU. Supposedly notified by mid-March.
We’re headed to ASU on the 3rd also. Is that where you’re going? Maybe we’ll run into you there

Are you saying 4.0UW is needed for WUE? I thought having 3.0UW is automatic.
I think the 4.0 was for the Presidential scholarship in the past. My understanding is that the WUE is not automatic at Utah and is awarded based on merit. It also cannot be combined with other Utah scholarships. Here is a link:

We are actually visiting the University of Arizona, so we will be in Tucson.
I posted upthread, but will repost that the Northern California Admissions rep told us at an admitted students informational session and again in an email on March 1st that the WUE would be awarded to incoming students with an unweighted 3.0.
At this point, I’m not even sure that was accurate information. Mentioning it again in case anyone had more information to share. It seems like it takes a village to understand what is happening here.
D21 was admitted pre-nursing and she just got WUE offer last Friday of $14k per year. We are OOS in CA.

Is today, the day? For OOS merit awards anyway. Had heard 3/22, but I had also heard 3/1 at one point and that also came and went

My S decided to accept his offer at Cal Poly SLO for CS yesterday. He is thrilled to be a Mustang and I can’t explain how great it feels to be finished with this incredible process this year! I am going to stick around this thread because I want to see where all of your kids end up. I also look forward to all of you feeling this finish line feeling!

We are hoping it is! Spring break is coming up and if my son gets a decent merit scholarship we would like to visit.
As of 7:00 am (Central) we don’t have any award yet.
Congrats @loveorangecats !! Best of luck to your son! @bluebird91 we visited last week during our spring break - first time to Utah and it was pretty amazing.

I am 99% sure I will be accepting full ride Stamps Scholarship to Georgia Tech, but it would really be nice for merit to come out today - just checked 8:30 EST and nothing. I know that the acceptances were out very early, so hopefully they are waiting for later today!

So we just got this tracking notification from usps. They are delivering something from SLC today. Could it be??? It could also be nothing some propaganda. But it was sent Friday… I think we are just getting our hopes up.
