I am wa state resident, bellevue college transfer student. I have a gpa of 3.97 with about 90 credits, I took a lot of class when I did Running start last year. I have not heard back yet, my intended major is neuroscience but I will be applying for that major once I get in to UW. Has anyone in the science majors heard back yet. The wait is causing a lot of stress and anxiety.
For those who have received their decisions, have you guys reserved a slot for the orientation?
@Lmmmmm I received an email from UW about a Financial Aid Verification. I don’t know why but I probably entered a wrong or confusing information about my parent’s income tax. When I checked MyUW from my decision results, it says “Congratulations!,” and that’s when I found out I got accepted at UW before I even received any email from them. I have not received anything in the mail.
@aspiringtobedr I didn’t get any email either. Have they given you a major yet?
I got the UWS gold envelope mail today. It shows my major in the letter.
@zom12235 My intended major is Biology (General), but it says on my assigned major is Pre-Sciences.
Admitted on May 22nd. The unofficial transcript hack worked!
Edmonds Community College, 3.73 GPA (from an upward trend, baby) with over 100 transferrable credits
First choice major was Design, therefore, I am currently an A&S pre-major until the workshop decision!
I do need to get my immunization records submitted before I commit to an orientation date 
For those who have been notified, when you logged in to the portal does it say if there is an update to your application or is there no indication at all that a decision has been made?
I have not been admitted yet, but all the other schools I applied to had a status update on the portal or an email was sent
I’m from a California community college. 4.0 GPA, stats major. According to some stats I saw only like 15% of out of state transfers get accepted to UW 
No response yet, I do wish they’d hurry up and accept or reject me already lol! Final decisions should be out soon right?

Will paying the UW Bothell admission fee for a backup affect the UW Seattle admission at all? UW Bothell told me that I could always just defer admission even if I paid the fee and it will not affect the UW Seattle decision but I’m just nervous about it.
@yonibaloni Dun think it’s even legal for it to affect UWS’ decision. If it does, though, we probably have absolutely no way to know about it.
What’s the unofficial transcript hack?
After you’ve created a MyUW account; log in, click on the unofficial transcript link, if a UW Student ID number and Major status loads up, you’re in. This is how I found out 3 days before they sent me a congratulatory letter.
Another way to know if you’re in, is if you’re able to pay for the admission acceptance fee that also covers orientation (NSEOF, is what it’s abbreviated I believe).
Visit this link and click on the “confirm and pay” option, the very first step if you were admitted. Use the same MyUW account credentials you made following your application.
I think the acceptance notification period is till early July>

The UW admissions website states the Autumn 2019 transfer student notification period is June+July; yet I got my notification in May. Idk what kind of order they are going in. In-state students first? Alphabetical by major? Who knows.
What if I was denied by foster school?Can i still be admitted by uw general admission as pre-business major?
