<p>Depends on which school you’re applying to and such. You need to raise your ACT if you want any hope though, tbh. Work on the grades too.</p>

<p>Also, try some liberal arts schools that place more emphasis on the essays and such than on scores. That might help you if you cannot bring them up.</p>

<p>What if I had a 3.5 GPA, 5 AP tests average 3.4, 2100 SAT, IB dip candidate, 650 Lit, 650 US, 700 Math and lots of extra curriculars?</p>
