University of Washington Purple and Gold Scholarship recipients

<p>We were told by letter. The details on how the scholarships work are on UW’s website. </p>

<p>Does anyone know what the criteria is for the awards? I know its starts at $4K and up to $9K per year but how is the award determined for the Seattle campus? </p>

<p>Here is how the award works at Bothell</p>

<p>The Purple Award is up to $7,000 for students with a 3.0 to 3.49 on a 4.0 scale and a minimum 1000 SAT (Critical Reading + Math) or 22 ACT score.</p>

<p>The Gold Award is up to $15,000 for students with a 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale and a minimum 1100 SAT (Critical Reading + Math) or 24 ACT score.</p>

So at Bothell, do all of the students who meet the academic criteria receive a Purple or Gold award?</p>
