UPENN Ed only act

<p>Ok so I am applying to UPENN ED but I havent taken my SAT II's yet (will take on Sat.) However, wat if I dont get scores that I like and would rather not send them? Upenn says that I can send only my act in lieu of SAT I and 2 Sat II's but does it hurt my chances if I dont send in any SAT II's? Should I send my scores no matter wat I get?</p>
