Upenn Transfer fall 2010

I am sure they will give everyone a fair shot. Maybe some departments/majors require a midterm report and some don’t?

haha well put. I called and they said Mid May :frowning: Im going to look in last years thread now to see a specific date

It will likely be May 14th. If you skim through a few past transfer threads, you will see that it typically is around the second friday of May.

yeah the past threads released it around the 17th at the earliest. Why so dang late? Thats during the summer >.>

Well, only SOME applicants will receive their decisions on May 14th. There will be others who will find out late May… that would suck really bad

Oh dang that’s late. I will have to give in my deposit for Cornell. Castile did you already turn in yours?

A few of the previous Penn transfer applicants heard back in June… that’s crazy.

^were any of those acceptances?

@madirocks: Yes I did haha. And unfortunately you most likely have to as well. I called Penn and they do not release early decisions, and I don’t trust “extensions” lol, so I sent it in. My fb network if cornell’13 for now lol.

agreed Joe. All the way in freaking june, i think thats unfair. :(

But hey why dont we compile a list of whos applying? and for what major. I will start

@castiel haha I def don’t mind turning in a deposit for Cornell ;D we are making it sound like our safety school or something haha :stuck_out_tongue: oh and do you know Cornell’s withdrawl policy? If someone decides to not go after paying the deposit?

I just wish UPenn would release the decisions just a tad bit earlier. June is just too late. I will already have my life planned out by then lol

I’m just curious. How many advanced, “rigorous” courses did you guys take in your first two freshman semesters? By that, I mean courses beyond intro and general required electives. I am really feeling my schedule is lacking in terms of its rigorousness… unfortunately.
