On the "Deadlines" portion of the UNC admissions site it says: "Please note that only your application itself, the essays, and your application fee must be submitted by the application deadline. Your transcripts, teacher recommendations, counselor statement, and test scores may arrive separately and after the deadline."
...which I took to mean that additional materials did not have to be sent out right away.
However, on the printable Counselor Statement form (which my counselor has yet to send) it says "Postmark Deadline November 2" for the first deadline.
Which one is correct? And if my counselor sends my transcript/statement out tomorrow will I be okay?

Nevermind! I found my answer on the UNC admissions blog. If anyone else was wondering, other required items may be sent after the November 2 deadline.

Yeah, I haven’t even talked to my counselor or teache about recommendations. I’ll be doing that next week :p

Thank God. The im trying to refrain from using the word a-holes people in my guidance department seemingly forgot to send my stuff.
