"Your application for admission has been cancelled. According to our records, your application was completed after the deadline or was incomplete at the time we finalized our decisions. All available spaces for the semester to which you applied have been filled."

So how it ends up being is that I apparently didn't send a transcript for ONE combined course out of high school with a nearby community college (and I'm pretty sure that later, I realized I had to send those transcripts so I did end up requesting them to be sent, be it as it may that I sent it after the deadline). However, when I checked the week of my application materials after the deadline (and I did submit everything else on time), it said that everything was fine and that they had received all my required application materials. Now, when I check back just to make sure on the 29th, I see that the application has already been cancelled! What exactly do I do?

The only thing that I still question about the whole issue is that it says "all available spaces for the semester to which you have applied have been filled." I'm a transfer student; how can they have already decided on all regular and transfer applicants within a month of the transfer deadline? They don't even start notifying/announcing/sending letters of acceptance to us transfer students until late May into middle of June! I would assume the above clause is due to regular admissions, not for transfer admissions.
I would call them now, but obviously it's a Saturday, and the matter gets more urgent as time goes on.
Do I still have a case to argue?
