Urgent! please help me with scholarship interview ATTIRE!

Hi everyone:

i'm a girl in senior year of high school.
I have a scholarship interview on friday (yes, tomorrow@@) and i need some advice on attire.

what they told me, was " Dress code: You should of course wear what makes you comfortable but we do recommend that your attire is appropriate for an interview (no jeans, t-shirts or sweatshirts, no gym shoes)."

I was thinking about wearing: white dress shirt+PINK v neck sweater + maybe a 2 buttoned jacket + black dress pants.

is this ok? especially the PINK v neck sweater part? i have no common sense arghh.... IS the color PINK allowed?

thanks!

I think your outfit sounds conservative and nice. I personally don't think the pink is a problem unless you feel that the color is somehow too bright or something of that nature.

thansk!

my other option is white dress shirt+dark brown jacket+black dress pants

how does this sound?

Do you have two of these?

Anyways, I think mixing the brown and the black is a bad idea. Black on Black or just a light color (or red or something) and black.

That sounds fine. I wore a tan plaid jumper with a black turtleneck, black tights and flats. I figure, go cute and dressy but not super-formal like a suit.
