<p>I mailed in my common app the day before the break. (Don't ask me why I mailed it instead of doing it online). I gave my college guidance all the envelopes so that they can help me sent the transcripts and recs to the colleges and they sent it already before the break as well. I thought everything was all set since I sent everything in already. BUT I realize that I didn't mail the applications to the attention of the admission office!!! Instead, I mailed it directly to the campus!! And I've been waiting for the mail so that I know that the college received my app. but so far nothing. So do I need to redo and send in my apps, rec, and transcript again? Noooo!!!!! </p>

<p>eeeek. I'd say phone the school and ask them to look in their general mail. Your app may eventually make it to the admissions office, but it might turn up long after the deadline!</p>

<p>your counselor may have sent your transcript to the right place, in which case they will know of your interest and have a file for you, and that's a first step. </p>
