<p>A little dilemma here.
Both of my parents were born in Uzbekistan (Asia but not Asian ethnicity).
Both of my parents have ancestors from Israel.</p>
<p>Can i call myself "middle eastern"?</p>
<p>If it helps- i do look middle eastern/asian haha</p>
<p>oh- and i have one great grandfather who was born in Iran</p>
<p>On college applications, anything considered ‘middle eastern’ goes under white.</p>
