USA June 2011 SAT: MATHEMATICS Discussion Thread

<p>How about that one question that everybody says was 70 < x < 165…
I got 110 < x < 165 twice after double checking. There were two lines intersecting in the middle of a third line, and angle X was in the middle. The angles which, when adding X to their total, added to 180, if I remember correctly were something like 5-35 and 10-45. I remember the maximum values of the 2 angles did NOT add up to much and I was leftover with over 100 (110 to be precise) when subtracting the 2 maxes from 180.</p>

<p>How did you guys get 70 < x < 165? Were the angle measures different and did I misread them?</p>

<p>hey does anyone remember these two questions?</p>

<li><p>this was the one where all the answers were graphs and it was some translation…what did this question ask?</p></li>
