USC: Can you transfer without regular highschool records?

I have a bit of a strange question. I am currently going to SMC and want to transfer to USC, I have a perfect GPA and have taken all of the classes required . However, I dropped out of high school when I was a freshman and took the CHSPE and got my HS diploma that way. I read today that they want your high school records and proof of graduation. Does this mean I absolutely cannot attend USC?

Thanks

And I have not taken the SAT or ACT, would I have to take those if I wanted to go to USC?

I have not taken the SAT or ACT and I was able to transfer in.. They'd focus on your college GPA if you have more than 30 units

Anything in California that requires a high school diploma must accept the CHSPE as an equivalent under California law so I think you're good.
