I haven’t seen rolling unless they mean acceptances then deferrals. No reason to roll anymore.
its rolling today because if 40k people check their decision at the same time, the portal will crash.
I read somewhere (sorry, at this point i cannot remember where) that someone saw in USC’s IG story that the decisions would be rolling. No idea if that is true.

40,000 will be checking portals whether rolling or not. They handle it in March, should be able to do it today. Ucla is a machine popping out 100k at once!
