DEPENDS: California public universities such as UC and CSU do not limit the type of delivery of the course, therefore, online courses will transfer. Private universities can limit transferability of online courses. Currently, USC will not accept online courses for foreign languages and science labs as meeting their general education requirements. Courses will still transfer. USD will not accept any online courses, however, it is not notated on our transcripts. If you are concerned, contact the university you wish to attend prior to enrolling in an online course.

Me?
I'm a prospective applicant, I don't go there 'YET' :D .But I have lots of friends there. Most of the ones that transferred, received a request for Spring grades June 1st for sure, and only one of them who had a 4.0 got the admission offer the same day. The ones that sent in their grades were finally notified July 1st.

nonstopskratchin: I was thinking about it for a while... but no. Instead, I'm going to one of those Discover USC off campus events. Are you going?

i know. :)
i can't wait to wear face paint, lol.

tresfleur- go to a transfer session, it's really tailored to transfer students. I've been to Discover USC for two years in a row and it's pretty much all about the freshmen. But it's also good if you really want the feel of the campus, I suposse, bc the band come out and it's this whole big thing.

^ That sounds neat. Yeah I just got off the phone with USC. They wouldn't let me make a reservation for Discover USC because it's for freshmen only. So much for that. lol

so just to be perfectly clear, if i already have a USC ID Number (that lame 10 digit number they give out) from when i applied for freshman admission straight out of high school last year, should i use that? or, should i get a new one since i'm applying as a transfer? if so, how do i get a new USC ID #?

Sorry for giving you the wrong advice earlier, lreds4life. Woman.Of.Troy is right. You don't need a new one. The lady at USC found me through my old ID.

If you were accepted last year, but didnt go and are applying again, you dont need to make a new usc id and such. Just fill out transfer update form and send it in. Also you dont have to pay again
