USC Thornton School of Music: Popular Music and Industries Studies!

Hey Everyone,
I was hoping to get a perspective on my chances to get into USC Thornton School of Music in the Popular Music and Industries Studies program. I'm currently a Freshman at Shenandoah University as a Music Performance major in Guitar, however, I'm looking to transfer to Thornton. I currently have a 3.1 GPA (College) and before I got accepted into Shenandoah, I had a 3.0 GPA at Northern Virginia Community College. I'm 21 years old and since I've already completed two years of college, I researched that I won't need to summit my high school transcripts. Also, I should add that I transferred into Shenandoah University's music performance program because I didn't have enough credits at NOVA to start as a current sophomore.

I've already researched on every website, however, my case is a very different from a lot of other people. I've been playing guitar for 11 years now, and I feel as though USC is my only hope and I desperately want to know if I have any chance to get in?

Serious and appropriate answers only.
Thank you all for your time.

-Rabbit.
