usc transfer gpa. rescinded??

im transferring to usc next year as a second year.
but at the bottom of one of the papers i got from usc, it says "your admission is on the condition that you receive a 3.5 gpa or higher on your spring qurter grades"

does anyone know if this is true even if my gpa would be like 3.4?

and does anyone know anyone personally that got rescinded from this?

or does anyone know if someone was still able to go without being rescinded even though they got below a 3.5?

The best thing to do is call your admissions counselor and plead your case.

My son had the same situation and they accepted his GPA of 3.44. Talk to your admission counselor about it immediately. They will make the final call.

thanks everyone

If they rescind you, than obviously USC admissions are very stupid people, because in this economy, they should be taking all the revenue they can get.

How do you find out who your admissions counselor is?
