<p>Does anyone know how important it is to go to summer orientation? and how quickly do orientation sessions fill up? (i.e. when is the latest I can send in my $200 deposit and still be able to choose from the summer dates?)</p>

I was really looking to get into Cockrell School of Engineering. Now the likelihood of attending UT depends on the ease of internal transfer from College of Natural Sciences to Cockrell. Has any international student been through this process before? I am a bit worried because only 10% of non-resident students can internally transfer to Cockrell because of the Texas state law.</p>
