Hi! Was anyone who applied as a freshman undergraduate offered PACE (Path to Admission through Co-Enrollment) as well as CAP (Coordinated Admissions Program)? I was offered CAP but not PACE and was wondering, for those of you who were offered it, why you were eligible for PACE? I applied as a journalism major to the Moody College of Communication, so I figured if I could be offered CAP, I should maybe have been offered PACE as well, considering PACE allows you to transfer to the Moody College if you meet all requirements. Thanks all!
Pace is better than cap and very few applicants get accepted to that where as all Texas applicants get capped
Pace is technically an acceptance because those who are accepted to that program enroll to UT classes as a freshman. Only about 250 people gets PACE. Cap is usually for any texas resident who met the requirement for any CAP schools. However you can try to appeal to get in to PACE
