UT Austin Fall 2019 Transfer

anyways, good luck u guys !! i hope we start hearing back tomorrow

@FutureMDBabe haha, CC is specifically for that behavior! Kind of ridiculous though, I agree.

hey I mean… that’s kinda what the thread is for lol. Everyone’s anxiously waiting for their decision and telling from past threads, everyone’s always speculating when the first wave will be released

My friend emailed the head of admissions in February and he said decisions will start coming out around today (April 15th) through June depending on credentials and the school you are applying for. I’m assuming COLA will be released in the earlier period of decisiosn

@uttransfer20 sorry but what does “COLA” mean ?

@nakroth College of Liberal Arts

@nakroth COLA- College Of Liberal Arts.
CNS- College of Natural Sciences
Just in case you needed that one too

is there a specific time we can expect decisions to come out?

Didn’t someone say earlier it usually comes out at 7pm texas time? idk though

@transferrrrrrcc -usually. But there’s also been instances where I’ve seen decisions come out at random times like 9pm or even 5

I hope some of you guys find out tonight! Wishing the best for everyone

7 min

Nothing for me so far… what about y’all?

nothing here either

nope, nothing

Nothing

Same here

how disappointing

called the undergrad admissions coordinator for COFA and he said he’s not sure when admissions will be coming out since they have to wait until may 1st for the freshman commitment deadline to see how many spaces are left for transfers.

Hey guys! This is my second time applying to UT as a transfer. My first choice is RTF and my second is Geography in COLA. My gpa is low and my expectations are too, but I’m hopeful! It sits at a 3.48. What are some options you guys are considering for housing if you get accepted?
