<p>So in the application for undergrad freshmans it says to print out a copy of the UT Dallas Cover Form. On the form it says to submit documents with it. What sort of documents is it? And am I required to mail the form in order to get my application processed? I'm confused.</p>
<p>You only need that if you choose to mail any part of the application. If everything was online then you dont need it. It confused me too.</p>
<p>So since UT Dallas requires a high school transcript would I attach that form to my HS transcript then?</p>
