So I applied to UT as a liberal arts major, and was admitted recently as a liberal arts major. But, my dream was always to go to Mccombs but I didn’t apply since I barely didn’t make the auto admit range in a small, extremely competitive school. I noticed on the UT portal I can request a major change in April. I was wondering if I did this, it wouldn’t risk taking back my acceptance from UT, would it? And what are the odds of even getting admitted into business this late? should I just wait and apply for internal transfer next year?
They won’t rescind your acceptance to COLA, don’t worry. The worst they can do is keep you out of McCombs. If you don’t get in this year, you can apply for internal transfer when you’re actually at the university next year. Good luck!
