<p>I received the acceptance letter in the mail but not the Enrollment Confirmation form. Anyone got in as a transfer but has not received the Enrollment Confirmation form yet? Your input is appreciated !</p>

<p>i don't know much about uw-madison, i didn't even apply, and i sure didn't receive an enrollment confirmation form.</p>

When I got accepted as a freshman, they didn't send me a form either, so I just called the office and asked them how to confirm. I suggest you do the same. I think they have a little glitch there and I think that you shouldn't wait because chances are they won't send it.</p>

<p>P.S. Congrats on the acceptance! UW-Madison is such an awesome school! Have you visited yet? I spent last summer there and it was beautiful! There's that big Lake (Mendota or Manona) and the capital and of course STATE STREET :)</p>

Anyways, Can I ask your stats and Major? I am dying to know other people's stats who got into the Madison...
