@thaipq What did I do?? What do you mean? No I only dealt with the med school and other programs I was interested in during that time like tours, etc. I didn’t want to bother sucking up or messing up with advisors.
@bouthatscholar I mean you should’ve met advisors there to know why you got rejected. They would probably tell you why since your stats seemed perfect.

I was told that I probably got rejected because 2 year students got priority. It happens. I know people with better everything than me but were not able to get in because 1. They have less than two year/90 credits 2. Transferred from a university rather than community college/college 3. UW decided they just didn’t want them. Good grades definitely not what gets you into college. So many factors out there from extra curriculums, tests, to even just you as a person like whether they think you would fit into UW or not and whether it seems you really want it or not. I have a family member who works at UW and so I’ve learned a lot of keys pros and cons through the process and all
@bouthatscholar I’m a two year cc student and I haven’t gotten anything so far. I’m a bit worried that I will not get in even though I got accepted before and have my associates-DTA degree. I feel like it’s getting harder and harder to get accepted to UW. 
I emailed to an advisor who is responsed to my college, and send a message to Newhuskies2016, hopes they can tell me that if the admission was finished or not…
“Admissions only began releasing summer admit offers for admission this week, and it is on a rolling basis. There is a chance that you may not hear about your application status until the week prior to the start of summer quarter.” That’s how UW reply me on Facebook, hopes it can make your guys feel better.
@bouthatscholar oh i see. So you were a running start student, and you finished your associate degree by the time you applied? And also you didn’t apply as a freshmen.
So if it is your case, then it is common that you got rejected. I know many friends of mine having the same problem.
@kev9532 not really, it is because the deadline for current uw students is on July, 1st. ( engineering department)

@thaipq i am an international community college student in California.
From a community college, they are looking for those who have the gpa higher than 3.9.
I asked them personally…
damn… I have 3.89 so far… so I am out? @thaipq but i can submit my spring grades too since it will be released by july i think
