@lalalarae, I like that in your apps.
But as many others my Committee also takes it into consideration if you say you don’t want to attend a particular college but they don’t always send you to your top preferences.

@teenagecrime, I actually love valleyball and we are learning that at PE lessons. The only thing I hate is when my hands get tired of playing a lot.

@MediDuet Yes, whenever I serve my hands/wrists are on fire! Its good that your committee tries to put your where you want to go at the same time as putting you where they think you should be

Haha i had that problem all of freshman year; the solution is to tape your wrists and in my case fingers (i’m an outside hitter and a pianist and the two don’t go well)

@teenagecrime, thank you for the advice. I am a pianist also and a flutist as well. :D

@teenagecrime that’s a good idea! It should definently bring down the pain level :)

@MediDuet I play clarinet!

Wow, so many musicians here! :)

I read about a group of girls, I think they were from Mostar, who traveled through the country playing in an ensemble for elderly, orphanages, and on the street to raise money for the orphans. I think that is so awesome! :)

**** i play flute too but just for the school band not competition or anything

@MediDuet Oohhh… Thanks! I didn’t know MUWCI had dance too :)

@Pashay I heard that IB Further Mathematics is really hard, and only less than a 100 people take it each year :/

@dancingdaisy do you know what kinds of things they cover in that class?

@lalalarae wow that is awesome! I play the piano too (but I don’t really take any lessons anymore, I play it for church) and a little bit of guitar :)

@dancingdaisy I play a little bit of guitar, but today I was tuning it and two strings broke… now I can’t figure out how to put new ones on :P

@lalalarae haha Yep same here… haven’t touched my guitar for almost a year already ;)

@lalarae, @dancingdaisy, hahaha, I broke so many strings before, my dad told me he wasn’t going to pay to get them fixed anymore so I learned to fix them myself. There’s a little bit of a difference between electric and classical, but it’s not too hard.

@lalalarae, @MediDuet, I know that in MUWCI, during your first week of actual schooling (not orientation), it’s still pretty laid back and you can switch subjects and stuff.

@ripcity14 I can’t figure out how to fix my strings… I keep bending and breaking them I’ve heard the same thing about the first week of classes and that sometimes they will eradicate a class if there end up being too few people for it.

@teenagecrime like @lalalarae said you are the third from nj on here!! I’m one of those three! What part of nj are you from? You don’t have to tell me the city just like north central or south nj. I’m from south nj.

@lalalarae, I liked my guitar at a higher pitch so I wound them up a little too tight. Once the string snapped at whipped my arm. Probably not the best idea.
And I didn’t know about closing a class, but that makes sense.

@ripcity14 Yeah I read on a blog that a girl was taking a class until there were only three people in it and she had to join a different class. I had a guitar string hit me in the face today, it spooked me and i’m pretty sure I jumped three feet while my mom laughed :P
