Valediction Ideas (Please help!)

I couldn't think of anywhere else to go with this besides the CC community.

I know the traditional role of a Valediction (also known as a Valedictory Address) in a high school graduation, however my school finds ourselves in a rare position this year. We had an exceptionally strong class, one of the strongest in the history of our school, and the powers at be decided to name three Valedictorians -- all three of whom will be asked to speak at graduation. If that wasn't rare enough, all three of us have been friends since before middle school.

We, the three Valedictorians, have decided to do something unique; rather than writing three distinct speeches, we thought we might make an effort to string together our speeches. Our goal is to establish a common theme and ensure that the speeches to flow as logically and smoothly as possible between the three speakers.

My question, in brief, is this: Does anyone have experience, either giving or watching a Valediction such as this? Or, even if this idea is completely new to you, do any ideas stand out to you? I'm reaching out to the CC community because I'm sure there will be someone here who has the creative mind to concoct a stellar idea!

Thank you in advance, and know that your feedback is much appreciated!

something like this?

I’ve seen it done–for graduation speeches and in debates. Two ways you could do it: identify three main points and each talk about one, or (the more interesting but more challenging way) write a speech together and switch off more often. In either case, if the three of you keep it thematically consistant and practice, it should go well.
Good luck and congratulations!
