@lovergirlparty I submitted mine because I thought we had to, except that I’m worried that will hurt my chances because my first sem grades were ugly lol
I don’t know if it always said this but it says Alternate choice: College of Arts and Science on my portal, even though it was my first choice?
@tylerperez12 it doesn’t say that on mine. Are you talking about the title at the top of the portal?
@lovergirlparty I submitted mine but only like a couple weeks ago which I think might have been too late. I was told that supposedly if someone doesn’t have them it won’t hurt them

@tylerperez12 yea mine definitely doesnt say that. In big bold letters at the top right corner it says college of arts and sciences. Does yours also have anything written there? Also anyone else see this on their portal?

I’ve had alternate choice for as long as I can remember.
School of Engineering in bold on the right and School of Arts and Sciences as “Alternate choice”.
I think that only applies if you selected a second major on the Common App that was in another school.
I think it only says alternative choice if you indicated a second choice school on your common app. Mine has it and it’s been like this since the first day.
