They confirmed of receiving my Midterm Report on last Friday afternoon. If my decisions comes out in two days, I suppose they won’t take my update materials into consideration. @somehmonggirl

@financeguyjames I eceived mine today in campus box, but I had gone into MyAppVU and changed my mailing address, which was originally set up as my home address.

hey guys does anyone know about vandy rescinding an offer if they do not like your grades at the end of the semester? It is just scary when they write that in your letter like what does that mean lol
How can you tell if they have received your midterm report? Doesn’t look like there’s a slot for it on the application checklist.
@Monkeyanator . It isn’t a required document, so it won’t appear there. We were all stressing about it because a good mid-term report may give that “extra edge” when being considered for admission.
If you want to make sure they have yours, just give them a call

Considering that we were initially informed that the FIRST wave would be today, it’s a bit hard to accurately speculate when the next wave will be :))
A week after the first sounds logical, so tomorrow seems likely, right?
Uhhhmmm I called and they said it was a case by case basis and that I should just keep checking my email. Except they did release in a wave last Tuesday … I wonder if she was just saying stuff cos she didn’t know

@financeguyjames anyone have any info on this question of rescinding admission? Like, would a C or C+ cause rescindance, or D, F, significant drop in GPA, any drop in GPA, etc.?
@deterr try calling the admissions office ? or emailing your counselor with specifics?
Are any of you guys worried about “fitting” in if you choose to go to Vandy? I feel like since its an elite school that those that are already there might look down on us transfers
